Foolish nonsense. They shouldn’t be discriminated against for jobs they can do. But there are legitimate jobs where excess weight is a legitimate problem. Safety being one of them. Physically exhaustive jobs is another. It is not a matter of picking on anyone. It is just a real fact. How would it go if they were soldiers climbing the countryside in a war zone? How about traversing the 2nd floor of a burning home while conducting rescue operations? There are countless examples.
This is more progressive nonsense to deny reality and mess up the world.

How about instead seeking out jobs for which they are, in contrast, particularly well-suited?

Mooring zeppelins, counterbalancing skyscrapers, snuffing out burning oil derricks, and such?
