The quiet riot against insanity in America is gaining strength
American Thinker ^ | 15 Jun, 2023 | Jack Gleason

Posted on 06/15/2023 5:06:23 AM PDT by MtnClimber

Despite the attempts of the Left to distract, censor and bully us, polls show that the silent majority recognizes the insanity of inner city crime, twisted justice, criminal Presidents, woke corporations, propaganda news, environmental “justice,” sexualizing children and transgenderism.

How have we gone from America’s low-inflation, high tax revenue, full employment economy, with an expanding middle class, energy independence and rock solid military to the kowtowing disaster of the last two years?

The only possible conclusion is that this is a long-term and well-planned operation to kneecap America.

Accepting that the most prosperous nation on earth is suddenly falling into poverty, crime and wokeness, and our citizens are happily voting for more, requires a level of insane thinking that is unprecedented, yet we now have…

- Ballot counting machines that can’t count ballots

- Judges who refuse to judge

- Anti-American American presidents

- Prosecutors who don’t prosecute

- Peaceful protests labeled as domestic terrorism and domestic terrorists labeled as peaceful protestors

- Representatives who don’t represent

- Corporations that don’t seek profit

- Banks that don’t protect their depositors’ money

- News reporters who don’t report the news

- “Environmentalist” energy policies that waste energy and harm the environment

- Scientists who don’t use the scientific method

- Teachers who don’t teach, advocating graphic books on sex for children too young to understand sex

- Psychologists and physicians encouraging dysphoria insanity in vulnerable children – while keeping parents clueless

- Men playing women’s sports and assaulting girls in their locker rooms

- Doctors who don’t heal, promoting vaccines that kill

- Groups demanding reparations from people whose ancestors mistreated their ancestors

-Free speech that isn’t free

Americans are kind, patient, generous people who want to live our lives, raise our families, do our jobs...

I agree that it is an intentional effort to harm the USA and free market economies across the globe. Because they believe that the “new” system cannot be built until the old system is destroyed.

As I see all these things taking place in America, I am just baffled. How did this happen?

“Because they believe that the “new” system cannot be built until the old system is destroyed.”

I’m reminded of an interviewer trying to get a protestor to articulate what she’d replace the current system with, and she couldn’t say. She just knew the current system (whatever it was she was protesting) is wrong. In an interview Hillary Clinton said, “Some of my best ideas are inarticulable.” A commenter said, “I think you have to face the fact that if you can’t articulate an idea, it’s not an idea. It’s a feeling.” That’s the Left in general. They confuse feelings with facts. They’ll say things like, “I can’t tell you why, but I know I’m right.”

Very true and non doubt very deliberate.

There’s no way we could have fallen so far through sheer incompetence alone. This has all been too well orchestrated to be coincidence.

Folks, I hear you. I recommend this documentary/movie of which there are three parts:

Plandemic Part 3: The Great Awakening

It is in some parts depressing when it describes things, but in watching it, I realized it validated what I have been seeing and concluding for decades now, provides the reasons why what they are doing is working, and at the end, manages to provide hope for a way out of it.

And there is value in that.

It is free at the link, and it is professionally and crisply done. Someone with talent and money to back it made these, and it shows. They are extremely polished, factual, and well done. And they say the things aloud we need to hear. I recommend watching it instead of a movie some night. I plan to watch the other two of them at some point.

Of note at the end is an American woman who emigrated from Communist China, and her absolute love for her adopted country brought tears to my eyes. I have often said that when people like her speak about real tyranny, they know of what they speak, and the frustration they feel at seeing people who were born and raised here so willing to surrender that valuable thing we call Freedom is all too evident.

Many of us here on Free Republic share that sentiment.

All of this took many years of behind the scenes planning, The speed of it all ramped up during the Obama years because much of what looks like it is happening so fast was well in place and all ready for implementation by Hillary Clinton after Obama.

Then something happened to ruin their plans. The fault for that was their own arrogance but to this day they blame the person and the people who disrupted the plan for 4 years. That person was, and still is, persecuted and undermined by the whole cabal in DC.

We got lazy.

LIEberals (both the Democrat and the Republican parties are infected!) managed to take key positons in government, industy and education.

The LIEberal/Socialist/Marxist/Fascist/Communist/Democrat “Long March” through American society has been an on-going “project” since the Constitution was signed.

The US Constitution replaced the Rule of Man with the Rule of Law, and effectively, spit in the eye of EVERY King, Queen, dictator and despot in the world.

The US Constitution was a 5000 year leap in man’s search for FReedom, and it could not be allowed to stand.

Result? The world we are living in.

Fully agree.

it is also baffling that so many in DC are all on board with all of this.

We (as a people) let it happen, imho.

Example, at the local level: schools and school boards.
Whether treated as subsidised daycare, blind trust, etc, peoole operated under the assumption that decisions were being made for what was is the best interest of the children, to prepare them to be educated and ready to use their skills to the general benefit of society.
Boy was that misplaced.

Instead you got childless school board members using the position for higher political office, ideologues infiltrating teaching positions to inflict their psychoses on a captive audience, and social experimentation. All protected by politicized unions and policymakers. All the time parents marginally involved believing the lines of BS being fed to them, or being quiet in the interest of being 'polite' or out of fear that the school would single out their kid and retaliate.
And all the while, constant pleas for more tax money, with nothing to show for it except illiterate kids spouting the latest Leftist fad.

If there was *any* silver lining to the Covid madness, parents got a chance to see what was actually happening in the classrooms, and got surprised (in a bad way). Thus movements in places around the country to oust the school boards.

Why would you want to?

The left played the long game and won. They took over the schools, and from there, the rest was just a matter of time.

We’ve lost, and our country is doomed to learn some very hard lessons.

I think the access to unlimited funds (deficit spending) has had the dual consequences of reckless spending and indifference to that. Our elected officials seemed to be unconcerned with how other groups were spending our tax dollars as long as there was enough money for everyone. When the whole Congress pretty much lost sight of doing what was best for America, instead of their particular friends and donors, it was inevitable that the nation would fracture.
