This is just a civil case right? Is jail even a thing in civil cases? I don’t know.
If jail IS possible, this is AR where Huckabee is Governor. Maybe if she had the inclination she could have her AG do something.
Of course, her Daddy had the opportunity to prosecute the Clintons for murders but, like the weak GOP pol he is, did nothing. I don’t assume Sarah will be any better.
I think this is a hair splitting thing.
I do not think there is jail time for child support.
However failure to show up to a legal hearing, there could be.
Regardless, this jerk could be technically guilty of high treason, murder, espionage, and accepting bribes and still never see the inside of a jail cell.
This guy is one of the lowest forms of human trash. Heavily into drugs, whoring around, taking bribes and who knows what else. And he is protected by the President. Just one more example of how we’ve become a banana republic.
