We have written about how the data for the six swing states show enough sovereign voter fraud (the election commission is in on it) and phantoms to overcome any likely Trump vote majority.
Accumulating events indicate that leftists may be helping Trump blow through their fraud firewall.
In each swing state, there are from 200,000 to 400,000 phantom voters or addresses or both locked into the voter rolls.
Three years of volunteer election integrity work has done little to reduce these numbers. While phantoms were found by the tens of thousands, few were removed. Little has been done to thwart county or state officials augmenting voter roll data to help leftist candidates.
Trump is currently unlikely to win any swing state by enough votes to overcome the fake ballot stash each state's leftists and RINOs prepared against him.
History is replete with movements appearing from seemingly nowhere altering the political trajectory of countries, even empires. Some are better than others, but each shares the characteristic of a compelling, charismatic leader crystallizing long-simmering grievances, propelling action from not just activists, but the mild middle.
Favor Trump or not, Trump created such a movement — MAGA, an emerging coalition likely to be the deciding entity for Republican candidates for years to come.
It is the "years to come" that has many concerned.
The inherent contradiction of the Trump candidacy is serving only one term. The good news is that he is beholden to nobody, has one last shot, is pretty miffed about how he was treated, and is the guy who will take care of business — likely brutally.
The downside: After Trump, America is back to the same insidious swamp creatures who will undo everything Trump cleaned up.
Few in the MAGA movement believe that Cruz, Cotton, Rubio, or others could

These problems need to be addressed by the SCOTUS..
And yes, the SCOTUS failed in 2020.
two words...John Roberts. you fill in the rest.
“I believe he doesn’t say how things are going to be fixed because he isn’t ready for us to know yet. Likely its the military stepping in to administer the election maybe with an assist from the SCOTUS. I think perhaps we will be voting on paper ballots with voter ID and same day voting.”
Oh, and as far as SCOTUS is concerned, don’t hold your breath. John Roberts is compromised, as proven in the Obamacare decision. They had a golden opportunity to reinforce faith in our electoral system in 2020, and they took a pass. Look for that to happen again.
Agreed. How do we do that in CO?
“Of course, then the manipulators will demand internet voting.”
If done poorly (as it likely would be) that would be very bad and make cheating worse.
But it could be designed in such a way as to make cheating very difficult, almost impossible (not truly impossible, since humans can always find a way).
We’d just need to use cryptology to do it. Combine public-private key encryption and blockchain technology and you have a recipe for a very secure voting system where votes can be tracked to make sure they are not altered and that they are counted properly, but the votes themselves remain anonymized to everyone except the voter who cast them.
Good op-ed and accurate IMHO.
The military has not only the authority but the duty to step in when an election has been stolen and an illegal belligerent force over throws the government. That is what we have at the moment. Martial law suspends the constitution, the Congress and the courts. You go under military law which is separate from civilian/constitutional law.
The whole point of everything you are watching play out is to show you over and over again that the Congress, the Courts and the DOJ are not going to fix the problems. Its to show you that a lawless belligerent force has taken over our government. Only the military can stop this.
General Milley and the joint chiefs don’t run the military. They are strictly an advisory body to the president. The Co-Comms have command authority over the divisions. All 11 Co-Comms were appointed by Trump. Miley has already announced he’s leaving/abandoning ship. I wonder why?
Trump travels in a full presidential motorcade wherever he goes. When he was in GA the other day he had a military escort. Last night at Bedminster he was introduced as “the President of the United States”.
Trump is not being handcuffed, perp walked, mug shot, bail, travel restrictions or anything else even remotely resembling arrest. You don’t even get to see photos or video of his supposed processing and arraignment. For all you know Trump walked in had a coke, talked around with the lawyers and walked out. Maybe not but YOU and ME don’t know so I’m just sayin.
After the arraignment traffic was shut down on the freeway and Trump left for the airport in a large motorcade with at least 20 motorcycle cops escorting it. It looked like the motorcade scene out of Sicario.
Have you seen videos of “ former” President Obama and Clinton traveling? 2 SUVs and a couple of patrol cars. They don’t shut down the freeways for former presidents. Former presidents don’t have full state department level security details and military escorts.
Everything that is happening right now and going forward is for a reason.
Good piece! Jay Valentine is an amazing, Black Swan disruptor kind of guy. I’m a big fan.
His work exposing the massive vote-fraud apparatus built into the votor rolls operations is legend. He built a team, system, and an app(!!!) that points out fraud IN REAL TIME on his free-to-distribute app!!!
Please read up on him, join his team. He is a major threat to future election fraud.
And he’s right: Kari Lake would be the PERFECT choice for Trump’s VP. They’re trying to take her out, too.
(Tim Scott is the rino choice, like Pence)
John Roberts is the sixth vote, when all we need are five.
I'll give you two words, "Likes Beer". You can fill in the rest.
In 2010, the warehouse where election voting machines were stored mysteriously burned. I will always believe that got a lot of fixed machines in place.
Hmmm....mayyyybe. I realize 2020 was the coup de grace, but he was treated plenty badly from 2015 through his administration that if he were ever going to be provoked to brutality he probably already would have been.
While I admire your admiration for Trump (and I share it, along with near-certain knowledge that he was cheated in 2020), there is simply no provision for superceding the Constitution with military law or tribunals. None whatsoever. There can be martial law declared and enforced on captured enemy territory, or over enemy soldiers, I am not aware of any declaration of war under which this country is operating, or that there has been a declaration by Congress that any states or people are in open rebellion. The last time something like that occurred was in the early 1860s.
Sorry, the view that the military will fix everything is a delusion. A well-meaning one, to be sure, but nonetheless a delusion. If they were going to do it, why wouldn’t it have been done with mass arrests of traitors in November, 2020 for election fixing/fraud?
Oh, good grief.
USSOCOM General Fenton was appointed in September 2022.
Southern Command General Richardson was appointed in October 2021.
If you're going to post conspiracy theory info, you're likely 'gonna get busted.
Re: 33 - That FReeper has been advocating for the military overthrow of the US Government since late 2020.
While I believe you truly think nothing can suspend the constitution its simply not the case. Martial law by its very definition supersedes the constitution. That’s what martial law is.
I urge you to read some of Trump’s executive orders especially 13848 and 13973 and then read the Law of War manual.
With events unfolding more quickly every week I think things are heading toward a resolution by years end. Trump is doing a masterful job of unmasking the deep state. If we truly are going to have a free and fair election there has to be some mechanism put in place to allow for a campaign season and then supervised voting nationwide. You can’t put that in place in one day especially if we go to paper ballots.
I think we should all be war gaming the “what ifs” because we are likely heading into some shocking events between now and November 2024. If you’re not mentally prepared for different scenarios to happen you’ll have a heart attack when it does. 😏
Which mean... nothing in regards to current events.
When a person wants the military overthrow of the US Government to occur, there is simply no fringe conspiracy theory that won't be used to make the case for such an overthrow.
People in their fecklessness and stupidity want to believe that Trump will win without uncorrupted ballotting.
Hope they learn before the 2024 election that we MUST have uncorrupted voting.
Otherwise, yes, 2024 will provide a bitter learning experience after 2016, 2020, and 2022.
It may indeed take a few more iterations.
But, sooner or later, the lesson will be learned and voting reform will be accomplished.

This stuff I can agree with.
I cannot agree with the idea that the military has any right under our system of government to suspend the constitution and administer elections. That has never happened before, not even during the Civil War, when there was open rebellion and enemy armies were on Union territory, threatening Washington DC. (of course, now that I have gotten a bit older, and have been a resident of Texas for over 20 years, I have a somewhat different view of the Civil War, but that’s a whole other discussion).
