I’m a bit surprised at so many thumbs down comments.
Clearly, Durham cannot prosecute any of these gangsters in DC or with the current lineup in the DOJ. He’d get “not guilty” verdicts each and every time. These people are guilty of sedition and treason, and worked with foreign governments or entities to overthrow the US government - the duly elected President. Thus the criminals can be charged as enemy combatants, and tried by the military.
Q said the military is the only way. I guess we will have to see what happens.
