FYI, I am 62 and because my wife insists on feeding me and makes me a lunch everyday I am about 10-15 pounds over what I should be. However, when I decide to lose the extra 10-15 pounds I just go back to eating the way I did when I was single, ONCE A DAY, Just Dinner and in 3 weeks the extra weight is gone.
I eat a pint of white rice and a bottle of water for lunch 2-3 times a week. No change to breakfast or dinner. I lost about 6 pounds in week. Easy to maintain weight that way.
