Very hard to do these days, especially if you want a car with other amenities. Doesn't matter anyway -- if you have a smart phone, and carry it with you, you're being tracked regardless of the car you're driving.
I was just surprised that Google was tracking me even when I didn't have my phone. My car had already been linked to me, via the phone, and they continued to track through satellite connectivity. Creepy, but that's the world we live in.
Yeah ... looks like everybody has some equivalent to on-star,
