Supporting DeSantis by this yahoo author is ridiculous. He’s giving in, exactly as the deep state wants. DeSantis is ONE OF THEM.
No, he's not. He's pointing out Trump never did anything to actually fight the deep state, even while he was President. He gives a few speeches, sends out a few texts, then lets them run all over him. Even appoints them into his own administration.
Name one funding item for the DOJ or intelligence agencies Trump ever fought, one executive order to reign them in he ever issued, or one investigation he ever setup or supported, as was his right as President. For all his bluster, he's been a punching bag for the deep state the whole time.
Time for someone else to give it a try.
