I hate the expression “happy wife happy life”. It is a cynical view of marriage whereby a man should just swallow his pride and tell his wife she is right about everything. That may keep the marriage together but it will be a very loveless one.
No woman is every happy with a squish. She may be satisfied with bleeding the stupid cuck dry for the time being, but she's looking for the next, bigger boat to come by to hop the gunwales.
