Or one could just stop drinking
Clearly you have never been a drinker.
Its easier said than done.
I realized that I needed to stop drinking at age 30. But didn’t stop until age 40. Went on the wagon many times.
I had to change cities, lose my drinking buddies and find Jesus in order to stop drinking. All hard but necessary things for me to do.
Totally agree. The problem goes away if you just stop drinking. You can also lose a lot of weight if you just eat less and avoid sugar and refined carbs. No problem. Right?
Just “put the plug in the jug”?
After 50 years of drinking, I stopped. I haven't had any alcohol for well over a year. Sometimes I miss it, but not enough to start drinking again.
