The only way to reduce is going to be to change the deportation laws to eliminate the full trial part and then put a bounty on them of say $1000 to whoever turns them in. Once turned in they get injected with a scannable chip that would prevent them from ever returning. This last step would have a lot of them self deport to prevent getting the chip.

This all would mean that we would need some legal opinions published that indicate the US Constitution only applies to citizens and legal residents or visitors.

How do we implement a bounty? I've thought about that some. If it was $1,000 each, okay, when I go into Walmart or to the day labor line at Home Depot, how do I know they are illegal? Is it because they look Mexican, is it because they don't speak English? How do we do this? And how do we do it legally without all of the obvious profiling challenges?

Considering the cost to taxpayers for each illegal and their spawn, maybe offer them $10,000 each for a one-way ticket home? But to avoid a revolving door, need a closed border, etc.

“The Constitution only applies”...

That is the worst thing I have every read on FR.

Clearly a “right” belongs to all humans.
Freedom of religion, speech, press...The right to bear arms ... belong to all humans.

“Privilege” might only belong to citizens, or only to citizens who are not excons.

As soon as we re-interpret the Constitution to suit our whim, we have become them.

Note that to live in the US is a PRIVILEGE...it is not a RIGHT. The privilege was granted to everyone (except the Chinese) until the 1920s. There was no such thing as an illegal immigrant in the US until the 1920s.

Maybe the federal government could offer bounties to local and state law enforcement—$1,000 to the individual and $5,000 to the agency for every illegal alien captured and turned over for deportation. That would extend the reach of the border patrol and ICE

A bounty on pelts would work.

Since when did they have any rights? That one slipped right in didn’t it? I was taught that illegals and criminals either never had any or give up their rights.

There is should be no need for legal opinions for what already exists... legal rights only extend to legal citizens and legal visitors. The need is to show how anyone else has any legal rights at all.

Everything is warped. There is no more America.
