Oh man, does that bring back memories. A friend of mine back in high school and a fellow shooter had one of those in .221 Fireball. Funkiest thing I had handled up to that time. We did zap a couple of hogs with it, though.

I was only just getting into centerfires at this time; my brother already had a Rem 788 in .243 which was great fun. This is back in the late 70s on Florida's (still largely undeveloped at that time) gulf coast. Good times.
