I had to have someone else push to get it rolling. unfortunately the teenagers in my area have learned how to use doorbells. At 1AM. followed by pounding in door and rattling the doorknob. Not funny and I’m afraid will end in tragedy some night
GPS can lead to interesting situations. I-70 through Glenwood canyon (colorado)was closed for an extended period of time 2 years ago due to a wild fire and subsequent flash flooding. it’s a very narrow canyon and the only detour is about 4 1/2 hours to work around it. They finally had to put warnings everywhere not to use your gps and follow the official detours. The gps was taking people (not used to mountain driving in 2 wheel drive vehicles) on jeep roads. These “roads” are somewhat passable at certain times of the year in specially equipped jeeps or similar and are definitely not for the faint of heart. Tourists would get stuck on them and rescue/tow is extremely difficult. your GPS does not assess your vehicle and driving ability nor the condition of the road. It’s a wonder no one died…..
A kid in America today is as likely to encounter a car with a manual transmission as he is one with a crank starter.
My GPS frequently wants to take me across lakes or bogs, and over bridges that haven’t been there in 40 years. There are frequent errors related to where stores are actually located.

Another tip about fob batteries. When replacing them, don’t use the cheapest no name brand you can find. Use the best ones on the market. The idea is to never have to replace them again.
Here’s another tip. Always keep a fob battery in your wallet or purse for such events, They are very small and concealable.
