There is no hope for this to work out right. Civilization going to crash and burn. This ride is over, its time to move on. I suspect the leftists will give us all a shove, just like Pol Pot did for his people.
If we're a little bit lucky at least we'll live long enough to watch the idiots suffer in the bed they've made for themselves.
And I actually do think there's a bit of hope. The threat of eminent nuclear war might bring about some change of heart. And, if not, any one of the major disasters we are courting might result in a "big demographic change". With a little luck maybe I'll be ready to weather that storm. I've been preparing for it since a former politician promised to "fundamentally change America".
