In one sense you are right. God certainly would have different dealings with different planets. Yet I base my thoughts on the fact that the Bible says that God will remake the Heavens and the Earth but that doesn’t mean that God won’t make provisions for other planets at the same time. The remaking involves everything, not just the Earth. Yet for Humans, the Earth is our center for now as God is going to rule thru the Son , on this Earth thru the Son, the utter expression of the light of God thru thru the crucified but risen flesh of Christ, now glorified of the father.
Where the rest of the universe comes in, I guess we will find out but for now Humans will meet their eternal destinies in Christ or they won’t, not withstanding what happens to the rest of creation and other beings living their-in.
The Bible just isn’t a technical manual of the universe. I don’t see any evidence that it attempts to explain anything at all “off planet”. It didn’t even attempt to explain anything in detail about this planet either. No chemistry. No physics. No biology. Nada. The Bible simply wasn’t meant to be used in that manner.
