According to explosive reporting, the powerful internal investigative body that oversees the nation’s intelligence agencies found a whistleblower’s claims of an illegal government UFO crash retrieval and exploitation effort to be “credible and urgent.” To eliminate potential ambiguity regarding such an extraordinary development, a knowledgeable source confirmed to me that the intelligence community inspector general found “allegations that there is a [UFO crash retrieval] program [to be] urgent and credible.”
Beyond this stunning revelation, the whistleblower — a former high-level intelligence official — is represented by a lawyer who served previously as the intelligence community’s first inspector general, a Senate-confirmed position. The managing partner of the law firm representing the whistleblower reportedly co-signed the complaint submitted to the current Intelligence Community inspector general. As noted in a legal analysis, no lawyer, let alone two high-caliber attorneys, would sign such an extraordinary document without “very credible source material.”
Importantly, current and former officials vouched for the whistleblower, David Grusch, while also corroborating the broad outlines of his allegations. Moreover, Grusch testified to Congress for hours, generating hundreds of pages of transcripts. Grusch also gave an exclusive interview to Ross Coulthart of NewsNation, which like The Hill is owned by Nexstar Media Group.
For their part, Grusch and other knowledgeable individuals who have spoken to investigators have little incentive to lie. “Knowingly and willfully making false statements” to the Intelligence Community Inspector General carries the risk of financial penalties and imprisonment. At the same time, two high-caliber attorneys appear unafraid of the potential legal jeopardy of filing Grusch’s complaint.
The facts enumerated above should, on their face, captivate every newsroom and living room in America. But there are reasons to be skeptical.

He traveled all over the world debunking UFOs with no transparent source of funding.
Most folks who have dug into this topic have concluded he was a part of Project Mockingbird.
That said—we still have no hard proof.
I think we will get it when all the Project Mockingbird files are declassified.

It is an interesting stance. But might I suggest that last phrase might be incorrect. "...we will know soon enough" might not come to be so soon.
One of the things which fascinates me about much that one reads in our "media" is how wiggle words -- so many adverbs and modal verbs from which to choose -- are used in the prose. My hands too are tainted. Which is why at the end of some things, I often add, "time will tell."
How much time is quite another matter. I hope we're both around to find out the "rest of the story," as Paul Harvey used to say. Best wishes.

(I think both are real btw—but that is because I take witness testimony seriously—especially when there are large numbers of witnesses.)

Christianity isn’t diminished should some aliens come to town. Humans still have to reckon with God in the way Humans have been commanded to be reckoned thru Jesus. Other alien life would have their own dealings with God as God made them and has provisioned them spiritually.
Should these “aliens” be demonic as it seems much of such events appear to be, then what of it...they are probably of that number that will be thrown to Earth along with Satan in the tribulation era. The Bible explains what will happen and what must be done to avoid taking the mark of the Beast, even if it means death.
Nothing changes for the believer except perhaps increased persecution and in dealing with a much higher level of delusion to be found in non-believers.

That's true in that Christ himself won't be changed and the Truth won't be changed.
But aliens (demons in disguise) could change reality so much that many people would have no idea what to believe. It could rattle people down to their very essence.
Remember Luke 21:26:
"Men's hearts will fail them for fear and for looking upon those things which are coming on the earth; for the powers of heaven shall be shaken."This could make the changes Cortez wrought on the Aztecs look like a backyard BBQ by comparison.
That's why I think it's a mistake for people to "pooh-pooh" this stuff. It may signify nothing...or it may be the sign of something momentous (and not in a good way).
I have not explained why I think the whistleblower is legit.
I trust Ross Coulthart—in fact he is one of the few journalists on the planet I do trust.
His book “In Plain Sight” is outstanding.
Ross checks and double checks and triple checks his sources.
He did not want to get into the UFO field—he got dragged into it with overwhelming evidence of all different kinds—many sources as well as real tough field investigations.
The Australian cases (unknown to almost all here) are quite stunning.

I am on the fence about the intelligence community’s attitude toward the general public, which is sort of like “you can’t handle the truth”, when it comes to “UFOs”. Given the mass public attitudes about so many things, I am not convinced the intelligence community is wrong in protecting what they know about “UFOs”. I think they may be wrong as far as keeping anything from the Presidents.
Same logic as yours, however.
