The notion that people in the UFO field are lying to get rich is absurd—not because people don’t lie sometimes—but because there is no real money in it.
The folks who make such claims are not accountants—that is for sure.
There are folks who claim there is a breakaway civilization and a secret space program. You can believe them or not as you choose.

Space Force “de facto” existed in some form ever since the beginning of the space program. When it became a separate AF command and grew larger & larger particularly budget-wise keeping is budget fenced off from the “air breathers” became harder and harder. Making it a “separate service” under the Air Force analogues to Marines under the Navy gave it an identity that helps it budget-wise. And the Russians had done something similar!
Do I think it was necessary? No! To me its bureaucracy unnecessarily giving birth to mroe bureaucracy!
Why is the belief in spiritual entitles so offensive to you that you feel the need to be insulting?
Science tells us everything came from nothing, yet I see so few challenge that.
It was known for decades the planetary orbits can not be explained as they violated the conservation of angular momentum but many people still believe and it is still taught in high school that the planets were ejected from the sun, regardless of the fact science says it is impossible.
So much for Science!
To them, that would be like going out to the field and asking the cattle to weigh in on the design of their new kitchen.
We know very little of the limitations to demons and fallen angels to make much of their physical methodologies employed.
I also do agree, much of the population is heavily influenced by demonic activity and a smaller but growing portion are imo literally possessed now.
Many think UFOs either don’t exist or must be visitations by an advanced race of space travelers.
But there’s a better explanation.
Scientist and author Jacques Vallée says the facts do not support the “advanced race of space travelers” hypothesis:
1. unexplained close encounters are far more numerous than required for any physical survey of the earth;
2. the humanoid body structure of the alleged “aliens” is not likely to have originated on another planet and is not biologically adapted to space travel;
3. the reported behavior in thousands of abduction reports contradicts the hypothesis of genetic or scientific experimentation on humans by an advanced race;
4. the extension of the phenomenon throughout recorded human history demonstrates that UFOs are not a contemporary phenomenon; and
5. the apparent ability of UFOs to manipulate space and time suggests radically different and richer alternatives.
Vallée believes “the alleged extraterrestrials could be… multidimensional beyond space-time; thus they could coexist with humans, yet remain undetected.” Vallée sees many “commonalities between UFOs, … demons, angels, ghosts, cryptid sightings, and psychic phenomena.”
This same Jacques Vallée “served as the real-life model for Lacombe, the researcher portrayed by François Truffaut in Steven Spielberg’s Close Encounters of the Third Kind. He also attempted to interest Spielberg in an alternative explanation for the phenomenon… Vallée said, “I argued with him that the subject was even more interesting if it wasn’t extraterrestrials. If it was real, physical, but not ET. To me, it’s very interesting that thousands of years ago, Biblical divine revelation predicted, and explained the true reasons behind, future events including:
- an aerial catching away / mass disappearance of many humans from the earth
- massive deception of those who remain
- a charismatic world leader who eventually claims deity
- global government tyranny
- huge celestial and geophysical catastrophes
- supernaturally empowered humans working great deceptive wonders
- widespread visible manifestations of supernatural entities on the earth

While I disagree with the Biblical relevance to this topic you did an excellent job of presenting Vallee’s views.
Vallee is a brilliant and insightful man—everyone would be a lot smarter if they read his books, starting with “Passport to Magonia”.
John Mack is my favorite author on the abduction topic.
He concluded that the common insistence on hard boundaries between everyday “reality”, dreams, visions and imagination was flawed.
If you hold to those boundaries none of this stuff makes any sense at all.

The man is a credible source himself, with connections, and Congressmen have been saying the same thing, which were probably his sources.
What sources, exactly, do you have that Ronald Reagan and Douglas MacArthur did not have? Both held out the possibility of an invasion from outer space.
As for the insulting component, that was not really my intent, though I can understand how you would interpret it that way. Jumping on the unknown as a "demon" seems Medieval because they didn't have a clue about what stars and planets were in those days. Now that we know that the universe has the potential for life it seems more learned to consider other explanations. So, consider how "demons" really sounds in view of a wider scientific understanding, one you seem to promote.
That is exactly why the demonic assessment of ETs seems unlikely to me. Considering the existence of ET entities IS NOT the source of evil on this planet. They might be quite the opposite, or they might just be wayfarers from a different corner of Creation.
Enough is enough. There are no aliens, there are no UFOs and this entire thing is bullshit.
No machine can travel at light speed, and no beings can come billions of light years every damn Wednesday and then just zip back. There are no portals, and there are no time machines. Great imagination, but they don’t exist. (That technology would be God-like and the beings would be angels!)
There are no alien bodies in formaldehyde.
These tic tac UFO photos are goofs;funny how the Pentagon can read a car’s license plates from space but we can never get a real close-up of these flying machines? Why is that? Oh, because it’s all bullshit.
If a scintilla of this was true, you would know it already. But it is fantasy.
