The New York Times, citing two people familiar with the case, wrote that “the charges against him include willfully retaining national defense secrets in violation of the Espionage Act, making false statements and a conspiracy to obstruct justice.” The indictment hasn’t been made public yet, but that hasn’t stopped many Republicans from weighing in.
