Seriously. It seemed to me as well to be one big globalist slush fund, tied always to operations for the citizenry to pay. I’ve wondered how they divy it up between the elites. By scheduled operations among the players, but to benefit the whole? Is it seasonal? Like working the ski lifts in winter? 😄
