There must be a way to jam internet traffic at voting centers. Any FR electronics wizards around to weigh in?

There was a story that was briefly on the internet after the 2016 election that reported that was exactly how white hats prevented Hillary from becoming the President. It took so long to call the election that night because the black hats were trying to re-establish the connection that would flip the votes. They eventually figured out they couldn’t and had no backup plan that year. “They never thought she was going to lose.”

Yes, I remember that also. The story was that the white hats prevented the cheating in 5 key counties - one county in each of 5 states. I believe they were Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, and one other I cannot remember. That was enough to maintain each of the 5 states. When I tell others this story, I always make clear they did not cheat - they prevented cheating. The scene of bill and hill standing in a hallway, hugging each other and jumping up and down comes to mind :)
