I wondered the same about the dam. According to The Duran, Russia had been warning about Zelinsky discussing that UKR damaging that dam blowing up, far back as a year ago.
Funny thing that the dam flooding hurts Crimea, as well as others, since UKR failed to wrestle Crimea from its Federation with Russia.
Always a whodunit, with war events.
These are the same people (and also, The Guardian) who are so anti-Russian as to blame Putin for Nordstream pipeline, doing the same of the dam.

As Bigg Red pointed out, the WHOLE WORD is incorrect, and certainly calls attention to a type of shallow draught boat. A Durham boat certainly comes to mind. I’m open to that interpretation.
