Top photo - Individual in question looks to be wearing a FAST-type ballistic helmet with AN/PVS-31 type Night Vision Goggles (NVGs). Uniform appears to be a long-sleeved shirt (or flightsuit-style jumpsuit) with the sleeves partially pushed up and a unit (LE?) patch on the right shoulder. The patch does not appear to be “subdued” as per Military style.
He appears to be wearing a chest rig - small armor plate, a few extra magazines, and a patch or identifier right in the middle of his chest. Weapon appears to be an M-4 type rifle.
Bottom picture - Two individuals wearing T-shirts or polo shirts and FAST-type helmets. Individual on the right has a helmet mount for NVGs, has a patch on his left shoulder, and is carrying an M-4 type rifle, as well as a chest rig. His helmet looks to have some patches (flag?) on it as well as something attached to the rail on the left side of the helmet.
Individual on the left has a “slick” helmet (i.e. no NVG mount or patches), although it does appear that there may be something “zip-tied” to the right side of the helmet on the rail. He has what looks like a flag-type patch silk-screened on his right shoulder, as well as an ID patch of some type velcroed onto the right side of his chest rig. He looks to be carrying a sidearm on his right side, as well as a slung (strap and buckles going over his right shoulder) weapon of some type (assumed to be an M-4 type).
Possibilities - 1) Individual in top photo is local LE, maybe SWAT (don’t know too many line officers with NVGs.)
2) Individuals in bottom photo are SWAT and undercover-types (i.e. beards).
3) Military? I don’t know. Somehow I don’t think so - it doesn’t “feel” like Mil.
4) Secret Service Counter Assault Team - They are the SWAT team for the Secret Service. Uniforms look similar, and they aren’t necessarily clean shaven. I tend to lean towards this theory.
5) Something I haven’t thought of.

-—Trump being guarded-—? There can’t be any question that Trump is the most elaborately protected “ex-President” ever. There are lots of reports of Trump’s plane having a military-type escort when it’s airborne. Not common for Ex’s. It’s interesting to note the tail number on Trump’s plane is “N757AF”, and that’s curious by itself. Landing in Miami the tail number was visible but lots of times it’s not apparent. And the access stairs are different, taller/shorter, depending. It has me curious that there is a decoy plane with Trump’s paint job on it? The media boneheads severely limit the angles they use to show Trump coming and going. While they have good reason to delay live shots of takeoffs and landings It’s just halfaxxed that they can’t make a complete news story. Must be a reason other than plain old dumbassedness?

Thank you, Porkchop! I also think that they are SS, but this is not their normal field appearance. Wouldn't this imply serious problems anticipated? I don't think that I have ever seen SS in this sort of openly heavily armed military field configuration.
