I tend toward continuity of government (actual - in play) and Trump was fairly elected (but not acting) president. So I assumed she meant 'if he's still president' to mean 'if they rollback and accept the 2020 actual results at which time he would become 'acting'. I don't know WUT's goin' on, but China has not officially moved into the White House, so SOMETHINGÂ represents the basic security of America (mil core?) while the rest of the enchilada is ruined by the sound stage Biden regime.
