Yes, this has been well argued - by DJT. Remember, however, that Trump is not charged with possessing classified documents, he is charged {as I understand it} with possessing documents that threaten national security; the prosecution refuses to reveal what documents might be involved. Can the prosecution convict DJT without ever letting him see the evidence against him? {remember the name Jay Bratt} They have already squashed attorney/client privilege.
Kash Patel has already identified those documents as the criminal proof involving Crossfire Hurricane.
Adam Schiff thought he could suppress evidence AND a witness during the second impeachment. Adam Schiff needs to be in prison for abusing his power in order to deny a citizen their Constitutional rights - at least that!
