So it could go kinetic but it isn’t because we haven’t suffered enough. When you can go and have success, you go especially if the innocent are spared. I don’t disagree that pnly those running the show will make the call. But that means necessarily that there isn’t sufficient support in the planners’ minds to go ahead. Hence the majority is not being underestimated.
