I worked for the USPS. I’ve heard of employees and mail contractors, including a supervisor who learned the hard way you absolutely positively DO NOT EFF WITH ANY POLITICAL MAIL. Whether it’s flyers from candidates or mail-in ballots. Losing their jobs was the least of their problems. They ended up with a couple of felonies on their records and lost their retirement benefits.
That must’ve been a long time ago. It has been proven that in 2020 top-level USPS personnel were complicit in the steal.
