It sure does. Maybe the “duck and cover” drills will be returning to a school near you too.
Was in grammar school in the 50's. We had regular air-raid drills, although I don't know what good they were. They used to take us out into the hall to sit quietly along the walls on either side of the building wing. There were windows up and down the hall, so there wouldn't have been much protection if they had dropped the big one.

My elementary school had a decent fallout shelter. But it could accommodate perhaps only 1/4 of the school. Every kid not assigned to the shelter had to go stand in the hallway, and face the wall.
My class was assigned to the hallway. So that’s where I went when the practice air raid siren went off. Sadly, no kid in my class was rebel enough to lead us into a pitched battle for the limited fallout shelter space.
The Rooskies never pushed the button. So I guess all’s well that ends well.
Building fallout shelters when you have a crack pot like Biden for President makes sense.
