At one point the judge asked Biden’s counsel if the First Amendment applied to Americans’ right to say that the 2020 election was stolen.
Their answer?
It depends.
WRONG ANSWER.
This is America and America was founded on the idea that government CANNOT SILENCE the people.
That’s literally why it’s the FIRST AMENDMENT.
Because when despots take power - and Biden really did TAKE the power - the first thing they do is make sure we can’t fight back.
NOT WITH GUNS, NOT WITH WORDS.
That’s why they won’t let us discuss the 2020 election.
Because if the facts are all in your favor, why can’t we question them?
Why won’t they sustain or survive discussion?
This lawsuit is the one to watch because it is exactly what is supposed to happen in a country like ours.
ITS WHAT WE WERE FOUNDED TO DO.
