As far as I know we were pretty much spared. Maybe some hail and tree damage. I live in a valley and we always say the knobs(hills) seem to give us some protection during storms. Corydon, a higher town seems to always get hit as the winds come down off the knob. Corydon was actually Indiana's FIRST CAPITAL. It comes down the knob to a town called Elizabeth and travels across the Ohio River near Fort Knox. INTERESTING...
I had gone out and taken down my bird feeder and solar jars/plants in pots and hide them under larger plants for protection. My husband moved his car on the street under our Pin Oak. Our Maple by the drive is sadly slowly dying. Thanks for asking. I made two meals yesterday just in case our electric went off. Beans and corn bread was the plan for without electric.
