I have read, but not verified, where the CIA is involved in making Wagner cause problems for Putin, and is giving the Wagner Group intel in real time.
So much info floating around, but what is true?

I know it is hard to believe what is the truth and what is lies, the government has lied to us so much.
But I would not be shocked that the CIA has its fingers all over what is happening.
Causing chaos is what they do best!
