Hey kiddo...It’s been a while. Glad your son can still play.
My son the pitcher tore a labrum in his last year of H.S. and never was the same. His stuff was nasty but he no longer had any velocity - a death knell for advancing any further
My son followed the same pattern..turned 35 ...pitched in a wood bat league...his arm almost fell off.
He’s 42 and sticking to softball now...and hopefully golf.
He always said golf would wreck his baseball then softball swing. (He’s nutz)
(He picked up a new driver and a set of Wilson blades - maybe we’ll play more together)
Interesting about Under Armour - When they got hot business-wise - maybe early 2000, I bought a top-bottom set for fall\winter\spring golf.
Not only does it hold in the heat without sweat, but if I’m not moving, it holds in the cold which is a bummer.
Now...I have a valued tee-time - I am within 40 minutes from 12 courses and the earliest today is 12:40.
so ...until next time...hold down the fort and keep your powder dry.
