geeze louise...I been calling for this...I sent this request to Jim Jordan via his website when it became apparent the Repubs were going to be in the majority.
I also kept asking this question on Truth Social to Jordan, and to the powers that be, including Pres. DJT.
Truth Social stinks trying to have a dialogue with any muckety-muck.
The Constitution - Article I, Section 2, Clause 5 grants the sole power of impeachment to the House of Representatives.
There are no conditions\pre conditions.
My request asked them to take a shot. Articles of impeachment are a House Resolution.
If you can file them, you can withdraw them. The courts are\should be helpless here.
