The standard for pre-trial detention is “clear and convincing evidence that the defendant is a flight risk or a danger to the community.” Trump indisputably poses a danger to the community.

The lefts getting away with staging an “Insurrection” on J6, which has led to prosecutions and jailing of good Patriots who did nothing wrong, was the beginning of the end.
