1) They have woke-ism as their identity, their mission (aside from also making profit). 2) ESG scoring for pension plans run by Dims might make them fear not being woke enough, but embrace being seen as major woke.
3) They might be doing generational branding. As the boomer generation dies out or at least gets too old to go to Disney (with or without their grandkids), Disney might be trying to secure a positive lasting impression among millennial/Gen Z adults who are more included to automatically embrace wokeism wherever they see it -- whether or not they have kids. It may even be that Disney fears not being woke enough for the young adults to think they're interesting.

I think you are right there. But not all of the millennial / Gen Z people are radical wokesters. There are plenty of resurgent conservative people in their ranks. The nation is destined to remain severely divided on cultural lines.
