We ceased shopping at Targee’ when they banned the Little Red Kettle - Salvation Army. It was years before the welcoming of pedophiles into the bathrooms. Between this latest insanity, and the looters, perhaps Targee’ will go the way of other woke wackos. Good riddance.
And since that ban, the Salvation Army has gone around the woke bend.

I felt the opposite. I liked being able to walk out of Target without running the gauntlet of institutional begging. Some stores around here seemed to have a different charity or even multiple ones every week. It felt like the scene near Airplane where the pilot had to fight his way through an army of solicitors.
