I’m betting election officials withheld it back in her first trial, and second, this was her appeal case.
Her appeal was granted on only two counts, but so strictly confined, by the higher court, that even Robert Gouveia, who covered it all admitted that the outcome was doubtful for Kari, based on the extremely narrow grounds affecting how and what she could even argue.
Gouveia seemed concerned for her. I think he knew. I was therefore kind of braced.🥴

Judge would not allow Lake’s attorney to present the evidence. She tried. Corrupt judicial system is one of the trifecta that is destroying our country.
