History tell us that the pendulum will eventually swing back into the sanity zone then beyond into Bat Sh!t territory before it goes back the other way. Question: Is it still moving Left? Surely we have just about reached the limit of leftward motion, haven’t we? What if its still tacking to port?
There are plenty of high ranking lefties in our armed forces who will NOT support the conservative movement. Indeed, quite the contrary. They will be more than happy to crush us if given the order by the current administration.
I think we were given information about modern warfare that I only partially absorbed. Special Forces played a new role as defined in the last month of Trump's presidency, and Space Force was new on his watch. I watched a video about the modern battlefield - all dimensions of our society are in play (social, economic, and other aspects normally not considered). And then I believed we saw the marker indicating (start of Covid?) that some mil went into Cheyenne Mountain and are still there.
I need to go back and watch Miller talk about the changes to Spec Ops and other content to put it together, either refuting my current thinking or supporting my theory. But it seems like we were being told, "This is not your father's military." The DS has indeed attacked our troops, but doesn't appear to have bruised the core of our military needed for the steps ahead.
I believe there's a split in the military. 'Something' keeps China from putting up their flag over the White House, which is notable in that they own the perceived presidency. 'Something' kept Biden from giving China the nuke football. I believe it's the same 'something' that denied the Biden administration information about the military that the regime was desperate to acquire.
I suspect 'something' is Space Force, with Spec Ops serving as their boots on the ground. Add in massive cyber capacity, the comms that Q disrupted (Seven Dwarves, Iridium Satellites etc.), the peeps in Cheyenne mountain. Then add in all those serving in conventional branches of the military who are presently constrained but still loyal to their oath. I don't believe Q failed, nor do I think our military failed; the shields are holding. I see evidence we are winning bigly.
The fictional/fantasy superhero movie, "The Winter Soldier" poses impossiblities as plot lines, but it points to thinking 'outside' the box when contemplating what Space Force could theoretically do. For example, a plot line in the movie suggests the space craft is armed with AI which can simultaneously track and millions of targets without human effort, and destroy them in the blink of an eye. If you can sit through it, the scene were a former Nazi scientists explains to two of the protagonists that the Nazis didn't lost, and WHY they learned that the way to destroy America was to make the world so threatening that people will give up freedom to feel 'safe.'
How might a real world adaptation of the fictional plotline 'compensate' for reduced or constrained ground troops and airforce? I don't know - but I believe the creation of Spaceforce and reorganization of the hierarchy over Spec 0ps, and various changes to satellites, information warfare, comms, cyberwarfare capabilities were integrated to form a state-of-the-art combat force unlike those ever deployed in our lifetimes. The challenges we face is unprecedented; the solutions are likely out-of-this-world too.
