What does “with Sarbanes-Oxley hanging over them” mean?
It’s like Hollyweird making horrible leftist pro-homo/climate change/pedo-sicko etc movies that no on watches because they are tasked with pushing an agenda. It’s way beyond money, they’re getting it back channel anyway.

I was a novice investor over 20 years ago but figured out the whole Wall St scheme was gamed, even back then, & quit. I do remember Sarbanes-Oxley is where all the corporate heads have to do what is best for their investors or can be personally sued if they don’t.
Like in the article, if they corporate heads “know” they are damaging their brand, I imagine there will be consequences down the road for them. If they know they don’t have much time to push their corrupt narrative, that could be why they are not worried about the consequences.

I did find it interesting they are using part of the SOX Act to go after the J6 patriots.
