Not only that but there are pictures of Apollo landing sites on the web taken by satelites that have orbited the moon over the years that are easily found if one is interrested.  It would be very easy for Russia or China to refute the moon landing by saying there are no such sites on the moon. Noah loses me when he when  he goes on how the earth is flat and it's impossible to go to the moon. Here a pciture of the Apollo 17 landing site with tracks from the rover.
