If the same article is posted 4 hours later, it is not considered a duplicate? BTW, this post is a different article.
That’s what the mods posted back in 2013. I haven’t read anything since then that gives the impression that they’ve changed their standard. If it’s a different article then that’s not considered a duplicate in any circumstance AFAIK.
