Sadly, I see them every week when I go to the V.A, which is next to (almost same building) as Tripler Army Medical Center.

ONLY V.A. and the V.A. medical clinic are forced to wear them. Everywhere else on base (ALL of the other bases, as far as I know) is optional, including the medical center.

Most hospitals changed their policies last week when it was “officially” ended. I know the five hospitals where my wife works stopped mandatory masks (unless you were in the areas where they have always been required.)
