The U.S. Title Code was NOT changed until AFTER he was born though.
Under the old version, and in effect at the time of his birth, his mother did NOT meet the 5-year requirement after age 14.

Exactly! Clearly The Kenyan was never eligible to be POTUS - no matter where he was born.
