The North Carolina Board did not revoke Buttar's license to practice. The 2010 document does say, "...the Board makes no findings or conclusions regarding the benefit or safety of Dr. Buttar’s treatment modalities."
It is interesting that Dr. Barrett is now a resident of North Carolina, in Chapel Hill, the home of Ralph Baric of "coronavirus" and "spike protein" fame.
