They will have a smaller population in 20 years but their nations will remain intact. Can't say the same about France, Germany or Italy.
The good news is for now, most young educated people in Poland are choosing to stay in Poland, and build their careers there rather than going to the UK, as many in previous generations chose to do.
Other countries, like Bulgaria, however, have a very serious problem with keeping their young professionals there.
