The FBI files in the Clinton White House controversy involved the discovery of over 900 FBI files that were improperly obtained by the Clinton White House. The controversy began when Craig Livingstone, director of the White House’s Office of Personnel Security, improperly requested, and received from the FBI, background reports concerning several hundred individuals without asking permission. The files were discovered to contain personal information about individuals from previous Republican administrations. The controversy was investigated by several congressional committees and an independent counsel, but no indictments were made.

Anything to do with the Clintons is corrupt. They started their lawbreaking way back when Bill became Governor of AR. IIRC, Bill did not carry AR in the election he won the Presidency. What do that tell ya?
