Bey's bunker! Beyoncé and Jay-Z buy California's MOST EXPENSIVE home for staggering $200M: Brutalist Malibu mega-mansion is fashioned from raw concrete and has breathtaking ocean views The luxury home is located on an 8-acre bluff that overlooks the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove area, also known as Billionaires' Row The Crazy in Love singer, 41, and the hip hop mogul, 53, now hold the record for buying the most expensive home ever sold in the state of California The purchase was also the second most expensive real estate deal in the s Beyonce and Jay-Z have made a historic real estate purchase and shattered previous California home price records in the process.

The Crazy in Love singer, 41, and the hip hop mogul, 53, bought a lavish Malibu mega-mansion for a whooping $200 million, making it the most expensive home ever sold in the state of California, as per TMZ.

The power couple — who also own a mansion in the swanky Bel Air neighborhood — took the record from their new neighbor, venture capitalist Marc Andreessen, who bought his home next door for a staggering $177 million in 2021.

The purchase of the 30,000-square-foot concrete compound is also the second most expensive real estate deal in the country, right after a $238 million apartment in Central Park South in New York City, bought by hedge fund giant Ken Griffin in 2019.

Once Beyonce finishes her Renaissance World Tour, she will be able to return to her new luxury home, located on an 8-acre bluff that overlooks the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove area, also aptly nicknamed Billionaires' Row

These uncouth clowns overpaid. But they will tear down except for the swimming pools. Then Beyoncé will have 5 years commanding her slave builders . This will be like building the Egyptian pyramids

Typically, people like this buy homes by the beach for the view, but they never take time to look at the view. It’s having it but not knowing what to do with it.

Scary having pictures where people can easily find out where you are....That’s one part of the internet I don’t agree with....

“They are right off the street....Won’t be hard to find them.....”

They just put up a 10-14 ft high concrete wall and put no address on it. Or anything outside.

Ok. So they live at 1234 Mockingbird lane.

I take a drive and I see 1232 Mockingbird Lane and a couple houses later, I see 1236 Mockingbird land. The middle house is blank.

I can’t find them.

It’s 27716 PCH. It’s easily found on a map. Took me less than 5 minutes.

Poor, poor downtrodden black people. If it weren’t for “systemic racism” and living in evil America, they could have afforded a $300 million dollar home. But instead they have to get by in a $200 million dollar shack. Why, they’re practically slaves. According to the wise sage Colin Kaepernick, if they were paid millions of dollars to play football they would be slaves, so at least they can be thankful the NFL slave traders didn’t get ‘em. And on top of everything else, having to go through life without IDs as well. It’s rough being black in America.

Only in a white supremacist irredeemably racist nation can two black musicians earn a billion dollars with their talents, work, and business skills. How racist.

There’s lots of space there to house illegal aliens, migrants, and homeless people.
