There is a serious lack of discipline in public schools, and it just keeps getting worse. The more minority the population is, the worse the discipline.

And a severe lack of parenting at these kids’ homes. Probably they’ve never seen the inside of a church, either.
That is because it is not possible to hold them accountable for anything without being accused of racism. And since fathers are all but non-existent in those families (outside of the fantasy land of TV commercials, of course), they are already out of control when they start school.
