Character still matters in presidents and presidential candidates, Russell Moore said on NBC’s Meet the Press May 14.
And the way evangelicals and other Republicans have glossed over the guilty verdict against Donald Trump in the abuse and defamation case won by E. Jean Carroll sends the wrong message to young people in churches today, the editor in chief of Christianity Today added.

Russell, a conjured up non-encounter guilty plea from NYC’s rabid Democrats is not anything worth noting except that it is a travesty of justice and that anyone supporting such wrongs are not following Christ. The eighth commandment? What eighth commandment?

As a Southern Baptist, I can atest that Russell Moore is a
disgusting, vile little worm.

Because...Joe Biden is NOT abusive? Because JOE “I like little girls” BIDEN is more moral? Joe “Mutilate children” Biden?
Glad Moore isn’t part of the SBC leadership any more. His “moral equivalence” lies are from HELL!

(a good find)
Quoting from the article
Russell Moore is a lifelong Democrat. He bragged about this fact while he was employed by Al Mohler at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (SBTS). As Jack Richardson IV noted in October 2016, “It’s not so surprising that Russell Moore is a ‘Never Trumper,’ as he was always fond of reminding me that he was a Democrat.” (Something to ponder:
Why does Al Mohler hire and promote people like this lifelong Democrat Russell Moore and CRT proponent Matthew Hall?)

How does a bogus verdict in a corrupt trial hurt the moral charater of the victim of such falsehood?

That trial was a load of crap, and evangelicals know that. It won’t impact their opinions in any way.

The problem with the piety of Christians is they become more focused on the surface of matters rather than underlying truth. I tend to take admonitions such as: “we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but principalities and powers in the high places” as defining the nature of the spiritual battle. It isn’t against people, its evil looking to usurp God’s glory by the destruction of people.
Particularly regarding Trump. Wittingly or unwittingly he wears himself on his sleeve. His strengths and foibles are fairly easy to discern. I’ll take what I can see compared to the under the table crap we get from the hypocrites pretentiously providing “leadership”.
Paradoxically, his enemies have actually revealed his real bonafides and they seem to be diametrically opposed to who they are in their inner being.
Perhaps God does work in “mysterious” ways.

What a bunch of nancy boys. Tut tut tut. Let’s ignore the blatantly false narrative so we cab attack Trump some more. All together now /s

Both the Anti_Trump and the Trump die hards don’t realize that most Trump voteers do take Trump’s non-swamp personality and personality defects into account, compare them to Biden and Hillary defects...and others and find what Trump does as President more important than how much he overpays a prostitute. And how much the pimp lawyer makes off him after the fact.
