I have often thought that the reason we didn't have more problems here in South Florida where hundreds of thousands of former Cubans live and they all hate Castro was because the CIA was really running the show.
Why would castro allow the CIA to call any of the shots?
Because they kept him alive just like Baghdadi and who knows how many other dictators.
