Alfred E. Neuman was the name of the boy on the Mad magazine covers...I think. I thought he looked a bit like Howdy Doody.

That's right. I just can't figure out who PDJT is calling Alfred E. Neuman.

I checked in Trump’s Twitter and he never used that name in a Tweet. Alfred Neuman used the phrase “What, me worry?”. I’ve seen it targeted at Biden. Also Bottygig comes up. I’ve seen reference to Trump being the Alfred E Neuman of Presidents as well.
